Young Body Reboot Review

How’s it going, Health Fanatics!

Man, I’m not gonna lie, we’ve had terrible weather lately in ol’ Hamilton New Zealand. But today, the sun decided to come out to play, and you know what that means?

It’s time to decimate some crappy, useless, terrible weight loss products.

I’ll be reviewing Young Body Reboot by Drew Allen Roberts. Drew has made some huge claims with this product: he says that it’ll the Young Body Reboot system will help you to lose weight and burn fat. He also says that it can help you reduce your body’s age, helping you to feel younger than ever before. He claims that the Young Body Reboot system will help you to supercharge your energy levels, and reduce the risk of you suffering from a number of diseases. To top it all off, he says that Young Body Reboot can actually increase your sex drive!

Man, this Young Body Reboot program sounds like the elixir of life the way that Drew has explained it. Let’s see if he can handle the heat that ultimate reviewer Danyon Togia brings to the table.

I’m Not An Affiliate For Young Body Reboot

For your information, I’m not affiliated with the Young Body Reboot system, nor do I know Drew Allen Roberts personally. I’m just a brother from another mother – a dude with over 5 years experience with weight loss, dieting, exercise, weight lifting, etc. My goal is to review weight loss products so that you can avoid all of the crappy weight loss products that are out there, and instead invest in valuable products that will help increase the quality of your health, and ultimately, your life.

Young Body Reboot Review In 15 Seconds

For lack of a better word, Young Body Reboot straight up sucks. It’s just an overpriced hyped-up weight loss product that’s filled with free information. The presentation of the material is terribleĀ and filled with product upsells to squeeze as much money out of you as possible without any concern for your goals or wellbeing.

Your time and money are better invested elsewhere.

Young Body Reboot Has Upsells On Fleek

So I’ve developed this theory that you can tell the quality of a product by their upsells. If a product tries to upsell a generic, overpriced diet/exercise product, then that’s a pretty good indicator that the product is going to be below average. However, if a product provides upsells which ACTUALLY benefit the consumer such as private coaching or support groups, then generally that means the product is going to be a good product.

In this case, Young Body Reboot tried to upsell the typical, generic diet and exercise products.

In my opinion, the upsells that caught my attention the most was the “24 Life Changing Audios” which apparently help you to boost energy levels, increase sleep quality, increases your focus, blah blah blah all that typical stuff. Using my upsell theory, this was a pretty good indicator that the product was just going to be just another overpriced weight loss product.

And in this case, my predictions were correct.

Young Body Reboot Is Free Information At A Price

The main reason why Young Body Reboot is such a terrible product is because it contains free, generic, common information at a cost. Legit, one quick google search for weight loss information would provide you exactly the same information that’s inside the Young Body Reboot System. So what’s the difference between Young Body Reboot and a free google search?

About $37.

For example, here’s the first topic that’s addressed in Young Body Reboot.

Thanks, Captain Obvious! It doesn’t take a genius to know that if you want to lose weight, a pretty wise decision would be to start eliminating unhealthy foods from your diet.

After the unhealthy foods, he moves onto the “Fat Burning, Age Fighting Foods To Eat”, where he lists another few typical health foods that you can easily find with a quick, free search on the interwebz.

Oh, and there’s a lot more free information like this; I just decided to stop screenshotting because it almost takes up 50% of a 129-page guide. I’m sure you don’t want to read 50 pages of “eat healthy foods like kale, berries, and oranges. Avoid unhealthy foods like candy, soda, and processed food.”

Young Body System Has No Emphasis On A Calorie Deficit

I emphasize this principle in almost every one of my reviews. The reason why I do so is because it’s literally the number one requirement for weight loss to occur. If you want to lose weight, you need to fuel your body with fewer calories than it requires to maintain its weight. If you do that, your body will have to use your fat for energy stores (as long as you’re doing everything correctly).

Drew Allen Roberts and his Young Body System has placed no emphasis on maintaining a calorie deficit. How can you call something a weight loss product if it doesn’t even contain the number one requirement for weight loss to occur?

Random Leftover Tidbits

There’s a bit of misguided information in this product; I wouldn’t want any weight loss newbies to read this and learn the wrong information. For example, in his list of “Fat Storing, Age Advancing “Healthy” Foods To Avoid”, he’s listed a number of foods such as flavored yogurt, wheat bread, and reduced fat peanut butter.

I want to make one thing clear: these foods won’t “store fat” if you’re in a calorie deficit. You can eat the unhealthiest foods and still lose weight, Likewise, you can eat the healthiest foods and still gain weight; The number one influence of weight management is your calories. That’s why this fella was able to lose nearly 100 pounds eating pizza, and this dude lost 56 pounds eating only Mcdonalds.

There are also a number of affiliate links throughout the Young Body Reboot program so that hopefully you buy these products and ol’ Drew Allen Roberts gets a nice cut from the payment.

Like I said, if the products were actually beneficial and were placed here for your benefit and not just so Drew Allen Roberts can make an extra buck, I think it would be fine. But in this context, I believe that it’s more about making money rather than helping your weight loss journey.

The last thing I noticed about Young Body Reboot is that the presentation/layout of the material is terrible. It just makes it harder to read and less entertaining knowing that the material looks like it was whipped up and edited in two minutes or less.

This continued for another three to four pages. Does it look fun to read to you? Didn’t think so.

Young Body Reboot Final Rating: D

Yeah, this so-called “weight loss product” is an easy D. It’s just an overpriced, fluff-filled weight loss product that’s full of free information at a price. It’s as if though Drew Allen Roberts has created a product with his best interest in mind, which is that cash-mula. Please, don’t buy this product. Invest your money and time elsewhere.
