Morning Fat Melter Review
What’s up, Health Fanatics!
Man, I’ve been getting into Game Of Thrones recently, and I just finished watching the third season last night (I know, I’m late to the party). Holy damn, if you haven’t seen the ending of the third season, you’re in for a treat.
Anyways, in today’s episode of Real Weight Loss Reviews, I’ll be going through the Morning Fat Melter Program by Aline Pilani. The Morning Fat Melter Program is a weight loss program specifically marketed towards women. Aline has made some huge claims, saying that you’ll be able to lose 14 to 22 pounds of body fat in 30 days. She also says that you’ll be able to drop up to 4 dress sizes, and you’ll experience increased energy levels. She says that this program will increase your metabolism while losing up to 4 inches from your waist and 3 inches from your thighs. To top it off, she says that the Morning Fat Melter Program will help you to reduce your cellulite levels, and improve your overall health.
Damn, those are some pretty big claims girl. Let’s see if the Morning Fat Melter Program can handle the weight loss product gauntlet.
I’m Not an Affiliate for the Morning Fat Melter
The only programs that the name Danyon Togia will be associated with are products that deliver great value to the consumer at an affordable price. I’m just a self-proclaimed weight loss expert with over 5 years of experience with diet and exercise. My number one priority is to help you purchase products that ACTUALLY deliver value to you and help improve the quality of your overall health. I do this by recommending products that I call “gangsta” (which is the word I use instead of awesome,high-quality, excellent, etc.), and steering you away from expensive products that are, for lack of a better word, crap.
Summary Of The Morning Fat Melter Review
If it’s 8:55am and you start work in 5 minutes, I’ve got you covered fam:
The Morning Fat Melter Program is an average program. It’s filled with free information that can be found with a quick search on Google. It comes with a number of additional resources which is nice, and it includes a bit of weight loss knowledge, but ultimately it’s an average weight loss product with unrealistic projections.
Some Upsells To Start Off The Review
I’m yet to encounter a weight loss product that doesn’t try to upsell me something. Weight loss products and upsells must go together like Peanut Butter and Jelly. Upon purchasing the Morning Fat Melter program, I was met with a few of the generic upsells, as well as a coaching group which was a nice switch up.
Once I skipped past the upsells, I dove into the product and put my Review Analysis glasses on.
The Morning Fat Melter Program Contains Free Information At A Cost
The first thing I noticed was how much generic yet free information there is inside the Morning Fat Melter Program. Specifically, the information that caught my eye was the stuff on Macronutrients. Considering the fact that the primary guide is 48 pages long, the basic macronutrient and hydration information takes up almost half of the main guide – and like I said, this is free information that you can find on the internet.
Now, just because this information can be found for free doesn’t mean it’s useless; I want you to be aware of that. But, this type of information definitely isn’t anything revolutionary.
Aline Pilani has also included information on the calories that you need to hit in order to lose weight, and how to construct your macros around your calories. But once again, this information can be found on the internet for free.
Unrealistic Projections With The Morning Fat Melter Program
Right smack bang on the sales page, Aline Pilani has said that the Morning Fat Melter Program can help you lose up to 22 pounds of body fat in 30 days.
For those of you who have read my previous reviews, you know that these type of quick-results promises are a big no-no for me. I’ve lost over 70 lbs in the past two years, I started at 125 kgs, and I’m writing this at 92 kgs (94 kgs after a massive cheat day). The biggest problem I have with crash diets is that, in my experience, true, everlasting, permanent weight loss requires a long-term approach. A crash diet is the exact opposite of that; it’s a “do this and get great results for 30 days, but then fall back off to your old habits.”
Hey, if you can follow the habits of a crash diet for longer than 30 days, then be my guest! But how many people ACTUALLY can do that? Not many.
Random Tidbits Of Information About The Morning Fat Melter Program
These are just some more random points I thought were interesting, and I think you’ll find them interesting too. First off, there are a few typos in this program.
That might be a bit too nit-picky, but I think it gives you an indicator of the quality of the program.
There’s also a bit of misguided information in this product. For example, check out the following screenshot.
As far as I’m aware, if you’re in a caloric surplus, you’re still going to gain weight even with the low-intensity activity. Yes, high-intensity activities will tend to use your glycogen storage first, but I just wanted to clarify any misconceptions about this statement.
Aline Pilani also recommends that you use a massage brusher to “accelerate fat loss, reduces cellulite and increase blood flow.” I call B.S; she’s probably placed her Amazon Affiliate link in here so she can get a cut of any purchases you make on Amazon for the next 24 hours.
And last but not least, I thought that it would be worth mention that Aline Pilani has included a few video resources to accompany the PDF files. If this wasn’t in here, this product would easily have been in the 3/10 range.
Morning Fat Melter Review Final Rating: C-
Yeah, to be completely honest this product wouldn’t have gotten anything above a D if it didn’t include the videos to go along with it. The product is filled with basic, free information at a cost, and it’s just another average weight loss product.
Specifically for you women, if you want a REALLY good product that I recommend, check out my reviews of The Venus Factor and The Beta Switch. These are weight loss programs specifically designed for women, and I found both of them to be extremely valuable and beneficial for any women looking to shed some pounds.
