Today, I’ll be going through a product called Kettlebell Burn 2.0 created by Geoff Neupert. Geoff claims that his program is a workout that will help melt the fat off your body. He also claims that it’s a systematic program for maximum fat loss. Lastly, he says that this is a planned and proven system that will strip unwanted fat from your body with less than three hours per week.

Let’s see if Geoff’s kettlebell program is something that’s worth recommending to you.

Kettlebell Burn 2.0 comes with four guides, and I’ll go through each guide individually, and then explain why this program isn’t worth your time and money.

The First Guide – Kettlebell Burn 2.0: Burn The Nutrition

The first guide that I checked out was the nutrition guide. Geoff has included straightforward information about the number of calories you should be eating on maintenance and deficit days, as well as a quick rundown on the macronutrients that make up your food.

He’s included a few sample meal plans for you to copy, and he’s also included a bit of information on how to incorporate cheat meals into your diet and still lose weight.

Pretty straightforward, right? Just a bit of nutritional information and some meal plans for you to copy is what’s included in the main nutritional guide for Kettlebell Burn 2.0 – nothing that you can’t find on Google for free.

The Second Guide – The Exercise Index

The exercise index that comes with Kettlebell Burn 2.0 is just a straightforward guide with a few pictures here and there and some text teaching you how to do the exercises.

One thing I’d like to say about this is to be very careful with your form with any type of resistance training that you do. It’s extremely important that you have correct form when starting so that you’re targeting the proper muscle groups and also so you avoid any injuries.

Third – The Nutrition Journal

The nutrition journal is exactly what it sounds like – it’s a few pages that you can use to track the foods you eat during the day. Tracking your diet during the day has shown to increase your chances of “weight loss success” – it’s something that helped me lose 70 lbs, and I still use it to this day.

Lastly – The Training Guide

The training guide includes the workouts that you would do if you were to purchase Kettlebell Burn 2.0. The training program is designed in a way to gradually increase your strength and fitness as you progress through the program. The program is divided into 4 phases – each phase lasting approximately 4 weeks.

That’s essentially everything that comes with Kettlebell Burn 2.0 – a nutrition guide, a nutrition journal, an exercise index, and the training program itself.

So Why Can’t I Recommend This Product To You?

Because I’ve seen better – lots better. This product misses soooooo much educative information on resistance training, cardio, nutrition, and weight loss in general. It’s also missing video content; I’ve seen other weight loss products offer so much more than this product with video content included for the same price. These are the main reasons as to why I wouldn’t recommend this product to you. It’s essentially all free “how-to” information at a cost.

Kettlebell Burn 2.0 Final Rating: C+

It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely just an average weight loss product. Kettlebell Burn 2.0 contains a ton of how-to information with very little educative information whatsoever. It’s overpriced for what it’s offering, and it’s missing the video content which every great product that I have recommend has included.
