It’s Danyon Togia back in the HealthVI house, and today I’ve got another radically honest weight loss product review for you. I’ll be going through Lean In 19 by Gavin Walsh. Gavin claims that his product produces dramatic results leading to a flatter belly in just seven days. He claims that this product will tone and flatten your belly. He also claims that this weight loss program helped his sister to lose an amazing 17 lbs and 15 inches in only 19 days and that everything included in the program can be done in the comfort of your own home.
I don’t generally recommend products like these quick weight loss products so let’s see if Gavin can change my mind about these quick fixes.

Lean in 19 is definitely something that’s worth your time and money investment if you’re looking to lose weight. It’s a great program to start your weight loss journey with as it’s extremely affordable ($15 is the price of a McDonald’s combos here in New Zealand), it contains straightforward nutrition and exercise information without any fluff, and it contains an easy-to-follow 19 day program with video content to go along with it.

After purchasing the product, I was offered a few upsells including an extreme fat loss plan including email consultation and DFY recipes, more follow-along workout videos, and a Lean in 19 meal and maintenance planner.
Take a look at the upsells and see if there’s anything that catches your eye. Generally, an indicator of the quality of the upsells is the quality of the initial product. Since Lean In 19 is a really affordable product including a ton of straightforward, valuable information with video content, I’d assume that the upsells are of the same quality.
Once I skipped past the upsells, I was taken to the Lean In 19 download page that looks a little something like this.
I jumped into the core guides, and the first thing I noticed about them is how much valuable information it includes about weight loss minus the fluff.
Lean In 19 Contains Tons Of Straightforward Weight Loss Information Without The Fluff
Generally, you’ll see crappy health and fitness products include a ton of fluff to add extra pages to the guides; people tend to think that the longer/more pages a guide has, the more valuable it is. Gavin Walsh has done a huge favor for you by taking out all of the fluff possible and including simple weight loss information. Take a look at the contents page for a few concepts that he talks about in relation to weight loss.
Firstly, the basis of his nutrition and exercise regimen of the Lean in 19 program are based on strong fundamentals such as healthy, wholesome foods and a circuit-training based workout (which is great for ramping up your metabolism – perfect for weight loss).
He does a great job at explaining each individual concept that’s listed, and he presents the information in a way that’s easy to digest and interpret which is especially important for health and fitness newbies. For example, take a look at the way he explains the concepts of Intermittent Fasting and Macronutrients.
He also touches on other topics such as sleep and supplements pretty well – which are two areas that are not so commonly talked about in other weight loss products (SIDE NOTE: supplements aren’t required for you to lose weight. You should place your efforts and energy on a healthy diet, a well-balanced exercise regimen, and high-quality sleep first before you invest in supplements).
Gavin Walsh has included a ton of valuable weight loss information minus the fluff, which is the first reason why I can safely and happily recommend this product to you. Secondly, he’s included a ton of video content to go along with.
Lean In 19 With Follow-Along Video Workouts
Another great part of Gavin Walsh’s weight loss program is that he’s included a ton of video content to go along with it – one video for every day of the program.
Video content is especially good for exercise regimens because your form is critical to your success when it comes to weight loss; correct form does a number of things:
- It allows the exercise to hit the muscle group that it’s supposed to be working. Many people screw up their form, and as a result, it doesn’t stress the intended muscle. For example, incorrect form on the bench press can stress your shoulders rather than your chest.
- It prevents any nasty injuries from happening.
- It sets the pace for the rest of your health journey. Many people begin with terrible form, and over time their body adapts to that terrible form; it’s extremely hard to change your form when your body has already adjusted to a particular way of doing things.
