Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review
What’s up, Health Fanatics!
Holy cow, do I have a treat for you guys today. It’s not necessarily a treat in the form of “I’ve found a great product for you guys!” It’s more in the form of I’ve found a product that’s low-key two or three percent off of me calling it a scam. In comparison to the other stacks of weight loss products I’ve reviewed, this product is one of the worst I’ve seen.
In this episode of Real Weight Loss Reviews, I’ll be reviewing Fat Loss 4 Idiots. I did some scoping around, and I couldn’t find the authors name, so that’s a bit sketchy. Anyways, the program claims that it can help you lose 9 lbs every 11 days. It also claims that it will help your body to produce fat burning hormones while minimizing the production of fat-storing hormones. It also claims to help rev your metabolism up and increases the fat burning process.
Meh, all the typical claims you wanna hear: lose weight, burn fat, fast results, ramped metabolism, etc. In this Fat Loss 4 Idiots review, I’m going to show you exactly why this product is 100% not worth your time or money.
The Name Danyon Togia And Fat Loss 4 Idiots Have No Connection
This is just my fancy little paragraph explaining to you that I’m not affiliated with the Fat Loss 4 Idiots product or its creator. I don’t want any crappy product to have any connection whatsoever with my name (unless it’s me writing reviews that completely decimate it). My job is to help you purchase weight loss products which ACTUALLY deliver value to you, and ultimately help you become a healthier and happier you.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review At A Glance
For every review, I do a summarized version of the review just so those of you who are in a bit of a hurry (or can’t be bothered listening/reading my “dad jokes” humor).
The Fat Loss 4 Idiots program is probably one of the worst weight loss products that I’ve ever seen. It’s full of free information that’s extremely misguiding and confusing, especially for someone that’s new to health/fitness/nutrition. Please, don’t waste $39 on your product, there are much better products out there that deliver more value and are a bit friendlier on the ol’ wallet.
What’s The Best Thing About Fat Loss 4 Idiots? No Upsells.
The most exciting thing about Fat Loss 4 Idiots is that it didn’t try upselling me anything else. I think with 99% of the other products I’ve reviewed, they’ve tried to upsell products that are filled with general diet and exercise information. Sometimes the upsells are beneficial (like private coaching or access to a group of fellow weight loss enthusiasts), but in most cases, the products aren’t necessary.
If the best thing about this product is the fact that it didn’t contain any upsells, I think that’s a pretty good indicator of the quality of this product.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots Is Filled With Free Information At A Cost
I’ve said this joke before but I’m going to say it again cause I’m hilarious: What’s the difference between the information in Fat Loss 4 Idiots and a free Google search?
It’s okay – stop, breathe, and take a minute to gather yourself cause I know you’re probably on the floor with a set of laughing abs and happy tears streaming down your face.
But legit, the dieting handbook that comes with the program, called “Dieting Secrets, is just generic information that you can find for free with the help of our best interwebz friend called Google. For example, take a look at these “new and revolutionary” weight loss rules.
And check out this list of “Top 10 Foods To Avoid.”
You don’t have to be friggen Sherlock Holmes to know about these rules; this is just generic weight loss information that you can find on the internet. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is filled with information like this, so if you don’t want to waste $39 on free information, then don’t buy this product.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots Contains Tons Of Misleading Weight Loss Information
Another key factor as to what makes Fat Loss 4 Idiots so terrible is that it contains tons of misleading information. Now, I got lots of love for my health fanatics and weight loss family, so I don’t want any of you guys being confused or mislead by any illegitimate weight loss information.
Case Number 1: Eating 4 Meals A Day
Whoever wrote this diet handbook needs a slap to the face. They’ve said that, in regards to weight loss, your body only cares about your caloric intake per meal and not your caloric intake per day.
In essence, what they’re saying is that the main dictator for weight loss is calories per meal rather than overall caloric intake. He even specifically says that if you have too many calories at one meal, even if you’re under your daily caloric intake, you’ll still gain weight.
That has got to be the biggest load of crap I’ve ever seen. Either he’s full of shitake mushrooms, or I’m a genetic freak; I lost over 70 lbs while adhering to Intermittent Fasting and eating only 1-2 big meals a day.
There are multiple studies proving the effectiveness of Intermittent Fasting, and even the big boys over at Yale and Harvard have said that one of the most important factors that influence weight management is your caloric intake.
Case Number 2: You Should Never Do Intense Exercises
The author explicitly states that you should never do exercises that are too intense, and should instead just walk approximately 30-45 minutes a day.
His/her argument is that intense exercises tends to use up glycogen for energy, and walking burns body fat for energy.
While some studies have shown that walking is beneficial for burning fat, it’s not a magic pill; if you’re in a caloric surplus, you’re going to gain weight, whether you’re walking or not.
Case Number 3: Sugar Is Practically The Same As Sugar
The author has said that the idea that honey is somehow more beneficial than sugar is a lie and that there’s practically no difference between the two.
I was so happy when I saw this statement, because I’ve written articles specifically on this topic, and I had to do a bunch of research on it. News flash, author of Fat Loss 4 Idiots, but the difference between sugar and honey are their makeup:
- Sugar contains equal parts of glucose and fructose that are tightly compacted, making the compound sucrose.
- Honey contains a higher percentage of fructose than glucose, and it also contains some other sugar types that aren’t compacted so tightly.
- For this reason, honey is sweeter than sugar, and even though it contains slightly more calories than sugar, it can help you to lose weight in the long term because you don’t need as much to achieve the same level of “sweetness” as is required with sugar.
Other than that, natural honey also causes a lesser insulin spike compared to sugar, and it contains more nutritional value than sugar (not TONS, but it still counts).
Man, I legit feel so smart after whipping that information out.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots Final Rating: F
Legit, if I could give this product a Z, I’d happily do so. First, it contains misleading information. Second, the misleading information that it provides; you can find more accurate information on the internet for free. Third, it’s friggen $39! It’s pretty much like trying to sell you a polished turd for a bajillion dollars.
