Fat Diminisher System Review
On today’s episode of Decimating Useless Weight Loss Products, we’re taking a close look at the Fat Diminisher System by Wesley Virgin. According to Wes, he’s found a new, revolutionary strategy to “Reset Metabolism, Turbocharge Weight Loss And Shrink Your Waist”.
In this review I’m going to show you the exact reasons as to why you shouldn’t waste your time and money on this overpriced, fluff-filled weight loss product.
I’m Not an Affiliate for the Fat Diminisher System
Why the heck would I be an affiliate for a weight loss product that I’m about to absolutely destroy? That would be almost as dumb as this weight loss product itself. I’m just a guy that enjoys reviewing weight loss products. My goal is to help you spend your money wisely on products that ACTUALLY deliver value to you so that you can live a healthier, happier life.
With that being said, let’s get started.
Fat Diminisher System Review – To Buy, Or Not To Buy?
The short answer is this: Don’t waste your money and time on this product. I’m not even joking, when I read through it for the first time, I arrived at the end of the product and thought to myself, “Where the hell is the new, revolutionary weight-loss information?”
The Fat Diminisher System contains a bunch of over complicated information on healthy foods and exercising. To make matters worse, it barely even covered one of the most important weight-loss principles that you’ll need to know if you’re wanting to lose weight. And to top it off, approximately 10-15% of this book is filled with motivational, rah-rah information.
Where’s The Most Important Weight Loss Principle?
If you’re wanting to lose weight, there are a few principles that you’re going to need to know. Arguably, the most important weight loss principle that you need to understand is the concept of being in a caloric deficit. Basically, this means that your caloric expenditure needs to exceed your caloric intake for the day. If you do this consistently, you’ll lose weight.
Every time I review any weight loss information, I look for this principle. Now even though there are other factors that influence weight loss such as your hormones, this is by far the most important one. So naturally, when I looked through the Fat Diminisher System, I looked for this principle of being in a caloric deficit.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, weight loss enthusiasts of all ages…out of the 140 pages in this so called “weight loss product”, the only piece of information that educates the reader on being in a caloric deficit is this.
How the hell can you call this a “weight loss product” when there is literally only 1 line in the whole 140 pages that briefly mentions the most important weight loss principle? Among all the motivational content, and the upsells of your Athletic Greens and spirulina powder that apparently you highly recommend, you could only dedicate a mere 12 words to the most important weight loss principle?
Even this point alone tells me that you shouldn’t buy this product. If you’re wanting to check out a FREE weight loss guide that actually includes the most important weight loss principle, check it out here.
WARNING: Motivational Material Incoming
Now, I just wanna clear one thing up: I think motivational, mindset type information is EXTREMELY useful. And this is why – if you can put yourself in the mindset of a person that’s healthy, fit, and sexy, then the actions of exercising and dieting (which are the keystones of weight loss) become waaaay easier simply because those actions are aligned with the mindset of a fit, healthy, and sexy person. This is because that’s just what healthy people do; those actions are simply a byproduct of that way of thinking. Does exercising and eating healthy foods align with the mindset of an unhealthy individual? Of course not! In fact, it goes completely against it. So if you assume the mindset of a healthy individual, the actions of eating healthier and exercising all of a sudden become a lot easier to do.
With that being said, I just want to make it clear that if you think you’re buying a product that’s filled with 140 pages of pure weight loss information, you’re in for a surprise. At least 10% of this product is filled with motivational information like the following examples.
Now like I said, mindset information is really valuable; I’m a huge believer that having an optimistic, positive outlook can change your life completely. Take this study for example – a group of researchers found that “…people with more positive views of their own aging lived, on average, 7.6 years longer than people with more negative views.”
The reason why I’m not a big fan of mindset information in this case is because of opportunity cost. Wesley Virgin could have easily taken 5 pages out of this motivational stuff to add in information on weight loss and specifically the principle of being in a caloric deficit. That would have made the product much more valuable and beneficial for the reader, considering the fact that being in a caloric deficit is literally what causes weight loss.
Once Again, The Upsells In This Product Are Crazy
What’s up with all of these friggen upsells in weight loss products?
Legit, it’s like you buy Product A that’s “100% guaranteed to help you burn belly fat forever”, and then 5 minutes later they’re trying to sell you Product B that apparently does exactly the same thing.
The first set of Upsells were at the beginning stages when I initially purchased the product. Keep in mind, I actually forgot to screenshot 1 of the Upsells, so there are actually 4 in total.
And that’s just the initial phase.
Throughout the product itself, there are a number of Upsells that just scream, “Please buy this so I can get an affiliate commission!”
And you know what would REALLY top it off? A good ol’ upsell on something that’s not related to weight loss whatsoever.
Thank you so much, Wes! I’m so glad that you added an upsell for an aphrodisiac when I specifically bought this product for valuable weight loss information! Now I can have great sex and lose weight simultaneously!
Seriously, these upsells are in the same boat as the last one. If these upsells seemed like legitimate products in place to actually benefit the reader, then it would be a completely different story. In this case, it doesn’t seem like that at all; it just seems as if though he’s trying to extract as much money out of you as possible without caring about your well being.
Fat Diminisher System Final Rating: D+
And yet again, I’ve found another so-called “weight loss product” that’s filled with over complicated weight loss information that you can find for free on the internet. Except in this case, there’s even an upsell to help you with your sex life. I guess Wes thought that since you bought this product to help you lose weight, you’d also like something that’s gonna help you have better sex.
But seriously, if you can’t even add AT LEAST a page on the most important weight loss principle that educates the reader on the concept of being in a caloric deficit, then calling this a “weight loss product” is a bit over the top.
