4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution Review
What’s up, Health Fanatics!
Are you ready for another Real Weight Loss Review? I sure hope so, because today I’ll be reviewing the 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution by Shaun Hadsall. Shaun says he’s found an ancient Japanese secret that can help you lose weight and burn fat without you having to follow any strict diet. He says that this secret will help you to stop burning sugar as energy and start burning fat. He also says that it will help you to increase your fat burning hormones, and program your body never to store carbs as fat.
Let’s see if the 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution lives up to these strong claims.
I’m Not An Affiliate For The 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution
Just so you know, I’m not an affiliated with Shaun Hadsall or his 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution product. I’m just a guy with a health and fitness background who also happens to have a bit of a knack for writing. My job is to review diet/exercise/weight loss products so that you can avoid any crappy products with false promises, and instead invest in products that deliver value to you and increase the quality of your health.
With that being said, let’s get into the review.
Summary Of The 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution Review
If you can’t be bothered reading the whole review, and you just want to have the yes-or-no verdict, here it is:
The 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution is an average, overcomplicated weight loss product. It contains a few nuggets of weight loss wisdom. However, it would be extremely hard for someone that’s just starting their healthy journey to follow this because of how confusing and overcomplicated the product is.
Your money and time are better invested elsewhere.
After Purchasing The 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution, I Was Greeted By Many Generic Upsells
Once I bought the 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution, I was offered the choice of “enhancing my fat loss journey” by buying more of the generic upsells of diet and exercise products.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again; 99% of these upsells aren’t required. They’re just typical weight loss products that give them an extra buck or two. With that being said, there are some beneficial upsells such as private coaching programs, or access to groups of people who’re following the same program; studies have shown that having a community of like-minded people following the same goal increases your chance of reaching your definition of success.
After skipping all of the upsells, I downloaded the product and got stuck right into it.
The 4 Cyle Fat Loss Solution Is Extremely Complicated To Follow
The basis of the program is that you follow a series of 4 carb-cycling phases which gears your body to burn fat and lose weight. The problem with this, however, is that the instructional material it comes with is extremely hard to follow, and half of the battle is dissecting what Shaun is saying to extract the valuable information.
For example, in these next screenshots, the topic changes from carb-cycling, caveman lessons, nutritional rules and guidelines, brown vs. white rice, the nutritional value of pasta and bread, etc. all without any form of structure.
While the information that he’s trying to convey is valuable, even I found it hard to figure out what he was trying to say. He continues to talk about the topics of intermittent fasting, water consumption, and other issues that went straight over my head due to the sporadic nature of the content.
Oh, and the instructional material has no contents page at all. I think that alone is an indicator of how unstructured and disorganized the information is.
The 4 Cyle Fat Loss Solution Contains Quite A Bit Of Fluff Information
There’s quite a bit of woo woo, mysticism-type information in the 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution. Shaun Hadsall has included information about “feeding the inner wolf”, and has added a bunch of talk about the energy of the world, even going as far to make references to “God.”
Here are a few screenshots of this type of woo woo information.
And this is just a taste tester; the core 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution guide was made up with almost 50% of this type of stuff. Some love it while others despise it; I think it would be better to keep it out of this product considering people bought this to lose weight, not to discuss philosophical matters about the way the world works.
4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution Final Rating: C
While Shaun Hadsall’s product wasn’t terrible, it definitely wasn’t anything special. The carb-cycling protocol of the weight loss program has shown to be extremely beneficial for those looking to lose some weight. However, they could easily just do a bit of carb-cycling study for free, and avoid the hassle that comes with making sense of Shaun Hadsall’s words.
The other reason why I wouldn’t recommend this product is because of opportunity cost; there are much more reliable weight loss products that provide you more information in a presentable, easy-to-read manner. Products such as The Half Day Diet provide more diet and weight loss information that’s easier to read and digest.
For that reason, I give the 4 Cycle Fat Loss Solution a solid C. It’s not great, but it’s not terrible – it’s just average.

If you have any questions, just comment below, and I’ll get back to them ASAP. I’ve lost 70 lbs over the past two years, and I’ve been involved in the diet/exercise for over 5 years now, so I’ve got a bit of knowledge that I think you can benefit from.
