Specforce Abs Review
Good Morning Health Fanatics!
Well, it’s morning over here in sunny ol’ New Zealand… hot diggity damn it’s a good day today! I hope ya’ll are ready for a dose of authentic and honest reality because today I’ll be reviewing Specforce Abs by Todd Lamb. Specforce Abs is an ab training program (go figure), and Todd has made a number of the common claims that you’ll hear on other sales pages.
He says that this particular method of training is scientifically proven to work three times faster than your average ab training program. He says that this ab training method contains 5 factors that are “…Proven To Deliver Flat, Hard and Defined Abs Faster Than Any Other Protocol.” He also says that you’ll spend less time training whilst getting better results and that this Specforce Abs will help women get flat and sexy abs, whilst men will get ripped, rugged, and masculine abs.
Let’s see if Specforce Abs and Todd Lamb has some walk to go along with that talk.
Specforce Abs Review Summary
I don’t usually recommend ab-specific training programs because I’ve always thought that you can just search online for an ab workout and use the thousands of ab workouts available for free.
BUT, this one’s a bit of a special case. Todd has included a number of ab exercises that not only helps you to reveal that sexy six pack that you crave, but also improves functionality and helps improve your body’s posture while doing so.
So, if you’re willing to invest a bit of money into a well-designed, straightforward ab program that gets you results, this one’s for you.
Who Is This Product For?
Before we get into the gist of the review, I want to make a couple of things very clear:
- If you want to show off your set of abs, the number one thing you should be worrying about is lowering your body fat percentage. Your body fat percentage needs to be at a low enough rate that your ab muscles can come out to play, and for that reason, diet is the number one thing that you should be focusing on.
- You obviously can get abs without this product; just focus on your diet, do a few sessions of resistance training per week, maintain a calorie deficit 80% of the time, and you’ll be good to go.
- I only recommend this program to you if you’re willing to invest a bit of money into your ab workout routine, and you’re wanting to know how to get a six pack in a safe manner that won’t wreak havoc on your back.
I understand that this product isn’t for everyone, and that’s why I wanted to make a few points before you read the review.
Specforce Abs With Some Upsells On The Side
After purchasing Specforce Abs, I was met with a number of upsells. These additional offers included what looks like a group membership program, a diet program, a resistance training program, and a program teaching you how to fly (okay, I lied about the flying bit, it’s just a few follow-along workout videos).
If you decide to purchase this product, it might be worth it to take some time and go through the upsells to see if there’s anything that tickles ya fancy. If not, just skip it, and it’ll bring you to the download page that looks a lil’ something like this.
FYI – at this point of the process, I’m in the state of, “this is just going to be another useless ab training product.” But once I dove into the training material, Todd Lamb proved that his Specforce Abs product could walk the talk.
Todd Lamb Emphasizes The Importance Of Nutrition
Anytime that I hear a product claiming that it’ll help you to get a set of abs that you can proudly flaunt at your next family beach vacation, there’s one particular factor that I’m hoping the product creator mentions…
Can you guess what it is? I’ll give you a hint – it starts with a “c,” and ends with an “alorie deficit…”
That’s right! A Cajoooalorie Deficit!
Just joking – a calorie deficit is the number one principle that I’m looking. “Why’s that Danyon?” you may ask… It’s because in order to drop your body fat percentage, your body needs to be provided with an energy deficit. When your body expends more calories than it consumes, it’s forced to grab energy from somewhere else, and if you’ve done things correctly, that “somewhere else” will be your fat stores. Todd Lamb mentions multiple times throughout Specforce Abs that you need to be creating a calorie deficit if you want to lower your body fat percentage and show off your new set of abs.
Since a calorie deficit is a requirement in order for weight loss to occur, it’s good to hear that Todd has stressed that you can’t just do a bunch of ab exercises and expect them bad boys (or bad girls) to show; you’ve gotta make sure diet is your number one priority. He also implements a bunch of other tactics that will hasten the process such as only eating carbs after workouts to keep insulin levels low, which shows that he’s definitely someone who you can trust when it comes to health/fitness/weight loss advice.
The Ab Program Is Phenomenal
I went through the ab exercises and workouts that he’s included, and it really is what he says it is on his sales page. Todd Lamb has included a bunch of exercises that hits all part of your core; it helps to strengthen your core muscles whilst improving your body’s functionality and mobility and helping to prevent injuries at the same time.
Todd has also included some theory about the abdominal muscles, and why his type of ab training is superior from a mobility/functionality perspective compared to your typical ab workout routine.
If Todd had just said “do some situps, and some crunches, and you’re good to go!” then I would happily give this product a fat rejection stamp. But, the fact that he went through the theory as to why this way of training is superior, as well as a number of ab exercises to improve functionality and mobility, makes me comfortable with recommending this product.
Todd Lamb Has Added A Ton Of Video Content
To be completely honest, I didn’t count each one individually, but I’d estimate there are roughly 40 videos that you get access to when you purchase this product. They’re exercise videos that show you how to perform the ab exercises with correct form so that you’re not left to reading the manual and figuring it out for yourself.
And boy does Todd Lamb have the body to back up all of his outrageous sales claims! It’s always good to hear advice coming from someone who has the results that you want – it just further proves the authority of their statements.
Specforce Abs Final Rating: A+
Keep in mind – this is an A+ for what it is, an ab training program. It’s definitely one of the best ab training programs I’ve ever reviewed, and generally, I would just give ab training programs an automatic fail because they promise a bunch of over realistic claims without even mentioning the importance of calorie deficit or low body fat percentage. In this case, there’s a bunch of video content, it’s only $19, it contains stacks of really good ab exercises and ab training programs, and Todd Lamb knows exactly what he’s talking about.
