Bodyweight Pilates Review
What’s Up Health Fanatics!
It’s ya main man Danyon Togia back for another episode of Real Weight Loss Reviews. Today, I’ll be reviewing an exercise product called Bodyweight Pilates created by Sylvia Favela. Sylvia claims that her pilates product can help you strengthen your core, tighten your physique, and redesign your body within just 21 days. She also claims that it’ll help improve your performance in the gym and tone your physique while getting leaner at the same time. Lastly, she claims that the workouts included are short and effective, and are great for giving you a strong, stable core.
Meh, pretty typical claims you’d expect to hear from a pilates program. Read on to find out whether or not Sylvia’s product is something worth your time and money investment.
I’m Not an Affiliate for Bodyweight Pilates
HealthVI isn’t affiliated with Sylvia Favela or her Bodyweight Pilates program. We do our best to provide you with real, honest reviews that educate your purchasing decisions. This way, you get a bit of entertainment (well, I’d like to think my writing is entertaining, at least that’s what my mom says), and you also save a bit of time and money because we’ll save you from wasting your hard-earned resources on useless, fluff-filled, overpriced products.
Now that that’s outta the way let’s move onto the review.
Bodyweight Pilates Review In A Nutshell
Even though Sylvia’s pilates program only costs $15, it’s still not something that’s worth your time and money. It contains a bunch of how-to guides with low-quality videos, but there’s one reason in particular as to why I wouldn’t recommend this product to you… Read on to find out what that reason is.
Bodyweight Pilates With Three Upsells
There were three products on offer following the purchase of Bodyweight Pilates. These products include an ab workout course, another pilates program, and a 21-day flexibility and mobility pilates course.
After skipping the upsells, I was taken to the Bodyweight Pilates website that looks something like this.
I downloaded the guides and scoped out the course, and found a few points worthy about Bodyweight Pilates which are worthy of this review…
Firstly – It Includes A Few Main Fundamental Pilate Guides
Bodyweight Pilates is made up of three main guides:
- A core bodyweight pilates exercises guide,
- an upper bodyweight with pilates guide,
- and a lower bodyweight with pilates guide.
I checked out each guide, and it was extremely easy to read and interpret; all of the guides are essentially a list of the exercises with a bit of text describing how to perform the exercise correctly.
Pretty simple, right? Another good thing about these guides is that they didn’t contain any fluffed-up material.
After scoping out the guides, I moved onto the videos included with Bodyweight Pilates.
Bodyweight Pilates Includes A Few Crappy Videos
To be completely honest with you, the exercise demonstration videos are really low quality. I mean, you can see everything relatively clearly, but the audio is terrible, and there’s constantly distracting noises going on in the background. Sylvia goes through two levels of difficulty: beginner and advanced.
She begins with the videos for her core-based pilates workouts.
She then moves onto the upper body pilates workouts.
And lastly, she finishes off with the lower body pilates workouts.
Essentially, Bodyweight Pilates is a course that contains straightforward how-to information with a few low-quality videos to accompany it. But there’s one reason in particular that I wouldn’t recommend this product to you, and that reason is…
You Can Find All Of These Workouts For Free
Now, even with other great weight loss products that I recommend such as The Venus Factor; even the information in there can be found for free. However certain products are worth the money investment because you save a ton of time buying a neatly packaged educational product rather than spending tens, if not hundreds of hours doing your own research and piecing everything together yourself.
With that being said, the type of workouts that you’d find in Bodyweight Pilates can be found for free with the use of the ol’ internet. Since this contains no educational information whatsoever, you might as well do some free searches online and find a few Pilates workouts yourself.
It doesn’t require much effort and time for you to find your own pilates workout, and the pilates videos on Youtube are much higher in quality compared to the ones included in Bodyweight Pilates. This is the main reason as to why I wouldn’t recommend this product to you.
Bodyweight Pilates Final Rating: C
I mean, the product isn’t terrible, even though the videos were pretty bad, it’s just that a pilates program isn’t something that’s worth your time and money investment since you can find higher quality pilate workouts on Youtube for free. For this reason, I highly recommend that you don’t purchase this product.
