Functional Fitness Solution Review
What’s up Health Fanatics!
Hopefully yall are having a splendid day, and you’re ready to pop into today’s review. I’ll be going through Functional Fitness Solution by Dan Ritchie and Cody Sipe. These fellas have made some huge claims on their sales page; they say that this product can help you to “Discover renewed energy that recaptures your youthfulness so that you can do the things you’re doing now… even BETTER.” They also say that it will help you to increase your stamina and endurance so that you can do the activities you want without any body pain or stiffness. They also claim that this program can help you to increase your confidence in your physical ability to get as much out of life as possible, and also have a healthy, fit body in years to come.
Let’s see if ol’ Dan and Cody have a strong enough bite to go along with that big bark of theirs.
Neither I Or Ian Are Affilliated With Functional Fitness Solution Or Its Creators
Just so ya know, neither I or the big boss Ian aren’t associated with this product or its creators. We believe in honest, authentic reviews. Our number one priority here are our readers (or what I like to call, our Health Fanatic Family), and so every single review is with your best interests in mind. I make sure that I tell you both the good and the bad about every product that I review, and then I give you my recommendation on whether or not it’s worth your time andy money.
Functional Fitness Solution Review In A Nutshell
This product was a bit of a tough one for me to decide on whether or not I’d recommend it to you: it has got a bit of really great content and exercises that can help improve your body and its functionality. But, with that being said, it’s got so much fluff-filled information that I wouldn’t recommend it to my health family. It also looks like it’s been edited by a 7-year-old, so it would be hard for a Health Fanatic to dissect the valuable information that’s admist the sea of undedited fluff. The video content is also a bonus, but there’s a horrible “hissing” noise that makes it incredibly annoying to listen too.
For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend this product to you.
Functional Fitness Solution Upsells
After purchasing the product, I was met with a number of upsells including a book that consists of what it seems to be a bunch of compound movements, a joint-healer type guide, and others.
After skipping past the upsells, I was taken to a website where I could download the product that looked a little something like this.
I jumped into the product, and found that there was a few good pieces of information, but not enough to make this a product that’s worthy of your time and money.
It Contains Some Useful Information On Body Functionality
Like I said, Functional Fitness Solution provides a few quality pieces of information in regards to your body and its function. Take a look at the table of contents to get a gist of what the product is like.
The creators of the product have included some correct statements about how traditional resistance training doesn’t necessarily correlate to healthy function and movement in the body.
Along with that, they’ve included how the exercises that they use are designed to train all forms of body functionality, which will allow you to move and use your body with ease.
And to top it off, they’ve included a bunch of video resources to help you perform the workouts, understand the science behind the program, and much more. So if they’ve provided a bit of valuable information with video resources to support it, why can’t I recommend this product to you?
It’s Like Covering A Bowl Of Icecream With Grass And Dirt
Imagine that there’s a bowl of icecream right in front of you. Not too much, maybe a tablespoon or two of icecream, and it’s sitting there in a bowl waiting for you to devour it. Icecream tastes amazing, right? Well now imagine that someone comes along and pours a whole bucket of grass and dirt with pieces of cow crap right on top of the icecream.
That’s how I think of this product: It’s got a few pieces of great information (the couple of tablespoons of icecream), but it’s drowned in a sea of cow crap, grass, and dirt (the bad audio in the videos, the terribly-edited information in the booklet, etc.).
First off, it’s really nice to have a bunch of video that accompany’s a text guide, as it helps to really sink the infromation into the consumers head and helps the consumer to understand the information that’s being taught.
But there’s an annoying, loud hissing noise that’s going on in the back: it sounds like a bit of static disturbance going on. Either that or they’ve hired a snake to hiss for hours on end in the back while the demonstrastions are taking place.
Also, in the text file where the majority of learning/teaching is taking place, there’s been little to no effort to make the information as “reader-friendly” as possible – it’s just huge blocks of text.
The reason why these points took this product from maybe a B at maximum, to around a C-, is because it stops the essentials of the information from being received by the reader. The reader doesn’t wanna have to put up with all this crap like processing information, putting up with an annoying hissing noise – the reader just wants the straightforward information so that his/her brain can process it as smoothly and gracefully as possible. All of this low-quality production bullcrap just gets in the way of that job.
Functional Fitness Solution Is Filled With Fluff
Another reason why I wouldn’t recommend this product is because it’s filled with fluff. Check out the following screenshots to see what I mean.
The book is filled with fluff like this; I just thought you wouldn’t want to read another 10 pages of fluff-filled examples from the Functional Fitness Solution. Once again, it’s just extra information to process that doesn’t contribute to your path on becoming healthy, strong, fit, agile, and all those other kind words.
Functional Fitness Solution Final Rating: C-
Like I said, there are a few pieces of information that can help you increase your body functionality and movement, but it’s lost amongst a sea of unedited fluff. For this reason, I can happily say that I wouldn’t recommend this product to my Health Fanatic Family – a quick, free search on Youtube will provide the same information that’s laid out in this product.
