What’s Up My Health Fanatic Family!
How are you guys and gals doing? Have you people been training hard, eating healthy, and sleeping well? I hope so – and I also hope you’re ready for another episode of Real Weight Loss Reviews. Today, I’ll be going through Fighter Abs by Andrew Raposo. He’s made a bunch of the typical weight loss claims on his sales page; the first thing you’ll read if you go to his sales page is the following: “This NEW Breakthrough 4-Minute Sequence Will Torch Off Your Stubborn Belly Fat FASTER Than Anything You’ve Done In The Past WITHOUT Making One Change To Your Diet Or Even Leave Your Own Living Room.”
He also says that you’ll see a noticeable difference in your stomach within just 7 days! He makes a bunch of bold claims like long workouts are actually a detriment to your weight loss journey – he says that long workouts destroy your metabolism which makes it impossible to burn belly fat, they destroy your fat burning hormones which can permanently prevent you from belly fat, and it can wreak havoc on your joints and cause injuries.
Some pretty bold claims – especially the parts about how long workouts can permanently stop you from burning belly fat. Let’s see if Andrew Raposo’s 4-minute wonder can actually back up these huge sales claims.

There’s a particular type of fuel that HealthVI runs off of, and it’s actually pretty rare in the health and fitness industry. This fuel is called Honesty. My job is to write honest, real, authentic reviews so that you guys and gals are aware of the sea of crappy health products that exist on the ol’ Interwebz. Whilst doing so, I may come across a really valuable health product that I feel no guilt whatsoever in recommending to you guys. It’s extremely rare, but when it happens, I try my best to write the most awesome-est review, and you guys and gals can decide whether you want to buy it or not.
With that out of the way, let’s move onto the review.
Fighter Abs Review In A Nutshell
If I was to recommend this product, the only reason would be because it costs a whopping, staggering, extremely expensive $9. BUT – even in that case, the amount of information that’s provided is extremely lackluster, and even for $9, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending this product to my health fanatic family.
Your time and money are better invested elsewhere.
Fighter Abs Upsells With Some Unexpected Charges
As always, there were a few upsells being offered after purchasing Fighter Abs.
If you decide to buy this product (which, once again, I highly recommend that you don’t buy it), be VERY CAREFUL about the decline options. They had this pretty complicated process to declining the upsells, and even though I thought I rejected every single of them, I was surprisingly charged an extra bit of cash for some upsells that I thought I had given the big X too.
After getting past the complicated upsell process, I was taken to a neat little membership site that had another “hidden free offer,” that was advertised as a free 30-day trial, but if you don’t cancel the trial after 30 days, then you’re charged an extra $47 a month.
I finally reached the access download page that looks a little something like this.
I jumped into the workout videos and the training guide and got stuck into it.
First – There’s No Educational Material Whatsoever
The only content that’s provided in the Fighter Abs product is a bunch of videos showing you how to do the workouts and a text-version of the workouts.
There is no information on why the style of training is so effective or the science behind it; it’s all just “how-to” information. Considering the fact that this product only costs $9 (excluding the unexpected charges from the other upsells), I wasn’t too fussed, but it’s still not good enough for me to recommend to you guys.
Second – It’s Free Information At A Cost
Next point I’d like to make is that if you type in Tabata Workout into Youtube or Google, you’ll essentially get exactly the same thing you paid for in this product. Now, get ready for my absolute favorite HealthVI joke of all time…
What’s the difference between a free search on the Internet versus Fighter Abs?
Okay, before you go rolling on the floor with a six-pack set of laughing abs, calm down a bit, and continue on with the point. If you just do a quick search specifically on Youtube for Tabata Workouts, you’ll find some really effective workouts that’ll help you burn stacks of fat in a short amount of time. Tabata Workouts are an interval-styled training where you go balls to the wall for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Here is a little study in relation to the origins of the Tabata workouts if you wanted to have a quick look, and why it’s so effective compared to steady-state cardio in regards to fat loss.
Thirdly – Fighter Abs Alone Won’t Help You Get A Set Of Abs
As you’ll see with 99% of the weight loss products, they always sell the idea of getting six pack abs in a short amount of time. If you’ve done any form of research at all on weight loss, you’ll know that abs are only shown when you have a low enough body fat percentage. Diet is the number one determinant when it comes to showing your sexy set of beach abs and so gruelling exercise alone isn’t going to help you if you’re eating five billion liters of ice cream and 10 pizzas every day. If you want to lose weight, your diet should be your number one focus, THEN exercise.
Final Abs Final Rating: C-
The only reason why I’m not giving this a lower rating is because it only costs $9. If Andrew charged anywhere over $20 for this product, I’d happily give this an F. It’s just not enough information for someone if they want to lose weight and “get a set of six-pack abs in just four minutes” as the sales page says so.
Your time and money are better invested elsewhere.
