The Man Diet Review
What’s Up Ya Crazy Health Fanatics!
I’ve got a special edition for you fellas today who are reading this. I’ll be reviewing The Man Diet by Chad Howse (obviously you can see why this is specifically for dudes unless you’re a chick who wants to increase your testosterone levels for whatever reason. Hey, I’m not judging).
Chad has said that over the past 20 years, a man’s average testosterone levels have decreased by 25% across all ages. Chad claims that The Man Diet will help you do a number of things; he says that it’ll help you increase your T levels on a daily basis so you won’t suffer from “man boob syndrome” and you can burn fat and build muscle effectively. He even does this fancy little writing technique that to be completely honest I can’t remember what it’s called, but essentially he says the following – The Man Diet isn’t for you if you:
- YOU DON’T LIKE TO EAT ANIMALS.
- YOU HATE WAKING UP WITH BONERS IN THE MORNING.
- YOU DON’T WANT TO BUILD MUSCLE FASTER, OR LOSE FAT FASTER.
- YOU’RE A WOMAN.
Let’s see if Chad Howse’s diet product has got some walk to go along with that high T levels talk of his.
The Man Diet Review In A Nutshell
First off – if you want to lose weight, burn fat, or build muscle, then I wouldn’t recommend this product for you. Even though it can be used to do such things, there are much better diet programs out there such as The Half Day Diet that does a better job at serving that market. However, The Man Diet does include some pretty valuable information on food choices, intermittent fasting, ways to increase testosterone levels, meat choices, etc. So if you’re looking for a guide to help you increase your T levels, then this is definitely something worth looking at.
The Man Diet With Some Upsells To Go Along With It
There was a total of three upsells following the purchase of The Man Diet. They included a workout routine program, meals plans, and another product that I wasn’t 100% clear what it was offering (either because the upsell page was crappy, or I just generally skim past the upsells anyways).
I skipped past the upsells and was taken to a download page that looked a little something like this.
I dove into the meat and potatoes of The Man Diet and discovered a few points that were worthy of mentioning in this review…
Firstly, There’s A Bit Of Fluff In The Guides
By fluff, I mean a bunch of stories and other jazz that comes with the core principles being taught. To be fair, the majority of the “fluff” is contained in the introduction phases of the guides.
Here’s an example of what I’m talking about. It’s nothing like some of the other fluff I’ve seen; holy damn, in some of the other products I’ve reviewed, they’ve gone from health advice to religious standpoints in a matter of seconds. At least, in this case, the story is somewhat related to the principles being taught.
Other than the stories and such, The Man Diet is a pretty wholesome guide for anyone looking to increase their T levels naturally, and it’s for a couple of reasons…
Chad Howse Advocates A Wholesome Diet
Chad has included the necessities required for any healthy diet. He’s covered the concepts of macronutrients (proteins, carbs, and fats) and he’s explained how healthy fats and certain types of meats are beneficial in naturally raising your T levels.
He’s also included a list of food choices that you can chuck into your diet just to make it a tad easier for you.
There’s also a few quick pieces of information on a variety of other topics such as Intermittent Fasting, quick ways to increase your testosterone levels, and more.
Essentially, it’s got a lot of information in relation to your diet and how you can alter it in order to naturally increase your testosterone levels so you can make some crazy muscle gains, burn fat, increase sex drive, and all of the other testosterone-related benefits that you wanna hear.
It Also Comes With A Ton Of Bonuses
As well as the essentials, Chad Howse has included a ton of bonus guides to help you along your journey of becoming a straight up alpha male hulk-man with crazy muscle gains and a body that causes the ladies to drop dead in their tracks.
The bonuses include a bunch of valuable guides on a variety of topics, including:
- Intermittent Fasting
- Meal Timing
- Shake Recipes
- An Old School Weight Lifting Guide
- Much More
The bonuses really do add a bit of value to the product, and considering the fact that The Man Diet only costs $19, for the amount of information you’re getting, it’s a bargain.
The Man Diet Final Rating: A-
I can safely give this product an A-, and for a number of reasons:
- Chad Howse has delivered a high-quality guide on how to increase your testosterone levels naturally through your diet
- He’s included a number of bonuses with high-quality information that will help you become a stronger, healthier version of yourself
- It’s only $19
Like I said, this guide isn’t really suited for someone wanting to lose weight and build muscle; even though it can help you do such things, there are much better guides out there on how to do that. But, if you just want a cheap but effective guide to help you increase your T levels, this is definitely something for you.
