It’s D Togia back in the HealthVI hiz-house, and today I’ll be reviewing a recipe book called Fat Burning Chef by Abel James (his name sounds as if it would be more suited backward – James Abel – wouldn’t you agree?). Abel has claimed that these recipes helped him to lose 20 pounds in less than 40 days with exercising only a few minutes per day and eating MORE with only a few tweaks to his diet. He also claims that these recipes will help you to lose fat and stay lean permanently without the use of drugs, supplements, or crazy workout regimens. He says that others following his recipe book have experienced weight loss, increased energy, improved performance and recovery, restored youth, and improved vitality.
Let’s see if Abel’s recipe book is something that’s worth your time and money investment.
Fat Burning Chef Review In A Nutshell
Abel James recipe book is definitely something that can help you lose weight and burn fat with over 150 delicious recipes that he’s included. The recipes are easy to make, they look delicious, and they’re perfect for you if you can’t be bothered with the “mental ram” required to come up with weight loss recipes that actually taste great.
Before We Get Into The Review, There Are A Couple Of Things You Should Know…
I want you to know two things:
- This book is 100% NOT required if you want to lose weight. You’re still able to lose weight without these recipes; this just helps you to create delicious recipes that’ll help you to lose weight without you having to think too much about the process.
- It’s not as if these recipes alone will help you to lose weight. Weight loss occurs because of a caloric deficit. If you eat the recipes contained in this book and you reach a caloric surplus, then you’re going to gain weight. Remember, your caloric intake is what matters the most in relation to weight loss, not necessarily how healthy or unhealthy the food that you’re eating is.
With that being said, let’s move onto the review.
Fat Burning Chef’s Upsells
There were two upsells on offer after the purchase of Abel James’ recipe book. These products include a paleo cookbook and a video course showing you exactly how to cook the recipes contained in Fat Burning Chef.
After skipping the upsells, I was taken to the Fat Burning Chef membership site that looks a lil’ something like this.
I jumped into the recipe book, and the first thing I noticed was how much variety there is in the Fat Burning Chef recipe book.
Fat Burning Chef Contains Tons Of Delicious Recipes
Firstly, if you’re scared that Fat Burning Chef is going to be just a few typical, generic recipes that you can find for free on the ol’ Interwebz, then I’ve got good news for you: Abel James has included a number of recipes for all of the typical meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, and snacks. Peep the following screenshots for a few examples.
He’s also included a ton of healthy meat and soup dishes that you can whip up for dinner.
Remember, these are just a few examples of the 150 delicious recipes that Abel James has included in his Fat Burning Chef recipe book. You’ve got a whole ton of variety included in this book, and it’s the first reason as to why I can happily recommend this recipe book to you.
Secondly, The Recipes Are Laid Out In An Easy-To-Read Fashion
Abel has gone the extra mile to provide you with delicious tasting recipes in a fashion that makes it easy to read, and even easier to make. He’s included a ton of pretty photos and colors to make it a tad easier on the eye, and the directions are straightforward, to the point, and contains no fluff whatsoever.
Here’s an example of your classic English Breakfast, courtesy of chef Sjanett de Geus, with a mouth-watering photo and easy-to-follow directions.
And here’s a healthy version of your Red Velvet Cupcake created by Abel James himself; a recipe to cure that occasional sweet tooth that you might experience.
And lastly, here’s a recipe for “Slow Cooker Chinese Spare Ribs” by chef Josh Weissman.
Pay close attention to the details of the directions, and how easy they are to follow even if you’re a complete newbie in the kitchen. And there’s one more thing that I thought was worthy of mentioning about Fat-Burning Chef…
